Whether you are entering Junior High School, Senior High School, or College, our admissions team is ready to guide you through the enrollment process.
Admissions for School Year 2026–2027 are CLOSED.
Step 1: Prepare Your Admission Requirements
Prepare the required documents before visiting the admissions office. Additional documents may be required based on your grade level or applicant status.
For basic education applicants, the school's academic directives list the following general requirements:
- Form 137, duly accomplished and signed by the school principal
- Birth certificate
- Medical certificate issued within the last two months
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school
- Two 1×1 photographs
- Learner Reference Number (LRN)
College applicants and transferees should contact the admissions office for the requirements that apply to their application.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Once you have prepared your documents, proceed with your application.

You may also visit your preferred MIAS campus to inquire about enrollment, submit your requirements, and receive guidance from the admissions staff.
Step 3: Complete Your Enrollment
After submitting your application, follow the instructions from the admissions office. Complete the required screening, document submission, and enrollment procedures.
